a fair stay, some downsides
helpful staff excellent soundproofing convenient lift broken air conditioner hot room simple breakfast
The staff were very helpful! on day one, i asked about fat-free milk for cappuccino, and it was available for me . thank you. the soundproofing is excellent. I had quiet nights. the hotel has a lift. It made moving luggage easy.
The air conditioner in my room was not working, and the room felt hot! i contacted reception to resolve this issue, but they only provided a fan. sleeping was difficult and uncomfortable. the breakfast was simple. I expected more variety.

good selection helpful staff efficient air conditioning
The breakfast had a good selection. Staff was always available for assistance and advice. The air conditioning worked WELL during the hot days of summer.
The tv had only SOME local channels.
